This is my newly acquired 94 2wd. My dad bought this back in 1996. Back in 2010 he told me he was going to let me have it and finally he let me take it home. The graphics and camper shell were on the truck when he bought it and it had a "thunder truck" decal on the tailgate. Lol

I already changed all the heater hoses and thermostat and have now started to try cleaning it up. Plans are to lower it about 3/3, maybe more. New wheel and tire combo, and completely freshen up the suspension.

    On to a couple pics.

Today I worked on pulling off the 18 year old vinyl and camper shell. I knew it would happen but the vinyl has stained the paint underneath yellow.

A Lacquer Thinner soaked rag will remove the yellow stains left over from vinyl decals.

And after the install, plus a BJ flip it sits like this. I love the stance of it, it's perfect for me. I've been thinking of getting new wheels and tires also but these will do for now.

And the rear shot. I need to continue getting that adhesive off the doors! I plan to get it aligned on Thursday and get the windows tinted before summer creeps up on us.

Drop spindles don't change the ride. I need to measure mine against the stock part to see where the steering arm is. I'll be going back to the stock spindles if the arms are effecting Ackerman as much as I think they are.
