Going to be using my stock lower control arms and was wondering what bolt size to use to replace where the torsion bar is. Similar if not the same setup as Jason, 93yota, and mikes front setups. Have tried to get ahold of both but since they sold their trucks they don't get on here anymore. Appreciate the help, just want to have the bolt before I disassemble the whole thing.

It's been a while, but I think the stock bolt will continue to do the job. The torsion fits into a key that unbolts separately. Again, going by memory here.... I think the LCA bolt is hidden beneath the torsion bar.

I believe you are correct. From what I remember the bolt head is splined like the
torsion bar and the bar attachment fits over the bolt.

Appreciate the reply guys. Was going to tackle this today but rain will delay my progress yet again. If it stops today I will try pulling it apart. :waytogo:

Yep, you have nothing to worry about. I had that same concern too, the LCA isnt going anywhere, you are good.
