shift handle thread size

    anybody know off hand what the thread size and pitch is for the shifter handle on a 1992 toyota?
    the shifter knob is what i am referencing

    89 Regular Cab. The weirdo with the stock suspension.
    Its 12.something MM. I believe its the same as the lug nuts. To make a custom door knob shifter, I bought a lug nut and welded it onto the bottom of a door knob. I believe I put the actual size in the post. I'll try and find it.
