Does anybody know how to rebuild a carb on the 77 toyota hilux?A site or some instructions something to point me the right way.
Hey Beav,... Is this an Aisan carb on that '77? There is a guy that posted a pretty in depth rebuild on an Aisan carburetor on you tube. It has like 6 parts I think. His nickname is "pin head". Do a search and you should find it. The card he rebuilds is off of a land curser, but you'll find the info is common. Your rebuild kit should have an exploded isometric view of the entire thing as well...with some adjustment information. Beware the check valve balls and springs... Take your time, label items and video yourself taking it apart. If you have issues putting it back together,....this kind if info is priceless.
