got off the interstate and had blue and black smoke comming from my tail pipe. it did it for about a half a mile and then quit then on my way home from work the truck started to overheat then it just dropped to normal temp. last weekend i put new thermo, fuel filter, and changed the oil. any one have a clue what this new problem could be please let me hear it.

Update: checked all the plugs and they look good, no oil in antifreeze, oil looks good to. But heres the kicker with the engine running i took the oil fill cap off and my engine just about stalled, theres alot of pressure in the oil side of the engine, i'm not sure in the yotas but in fords theres no pressure in the crankcase least not that much so any ideas would be helpful i'm starting the dismantle of the engine tonight so if anyone has any info to make this easier i'd be happy to hear.

cracked head, proly between the valves
keep driving it like that and for sure the head will warp
    might be repairable

OR maybe the seat are worn, but this is only on really high mi engines
