Man, that's the single most greatest trucks on here, just read the whole thread word for word and I'm still amazed, you don't need a trophy, an your hard work and detailing speak for themselves

well , ordered some new parts .. and also building some ..
we're now building 3.4L swap HEADERS , and the first set is going on my Trekker .. also some other things are going to be done at the same time ...

    so heres the list ..

    headers
    front pipe
eliminate cat (with rear O2 sensor simulator)
    powder coated valve covers
    new 318 injectors
    walbro pump
    METH/water injection
    2.2 supercharger pulley

    I think that's it :)

I finally got the headers back from my ceramic coater ..
I built the headers , but I cant do the ceramic coating yet , as it is cured at a much higher temp. then my powder coating oven will go . Cant wait to install them :)

well yeah .. finally found some time to work on my stuff .
woke her up out of hibernation today

got er' into the shop . I decided to only do the headers and pipes for now , and leave the powder coated pieces to do another day ..

got the stock manifolds and crossover , as well as the header pipe with the cat off .

and my NEW headers installed :)

it's just loose right now , but all the bolts are in .. SUPER happy with the fit , I did have to remove a couple of the exhaust studs in order to get the headers on , but all in all , I think it was easier to install these , then remove the originals :) very happy
