Mech. Dash to electric

    I have a 91 xcab, it's mech spedo, and was wondering if anyone had converted to 92 up electric speedo. What is involved? Mine is going out, and the cable is squeaking.

    either rewire the plugs or swap body and engine harness and ECU along with the speed sensor.

    I was wondering, so you have to swap the ecu. I have a parts truck that is elec. dash. Thanks for the info!!
