dailydragger, guess I missed this build post, just read though all. There was a guy over in Loda Ca. with your user name, is that you? Any way glad to see you have part of Frank,Seth was one of the first Mini Truckers I talked with & I rolled with he & Frank to Danger Zone one year! Were you @ Summer Slam this year? Was my first time up there, had a great time & glad I made it ,being it was the last! Keep the build going , & congrats on the house & new baby!
Hey bro Nope I'm not from loda California , yes I was at sittin pretty and I saw your truck it looks great. I heard sittin pretty won't be back next year tho . Thanks for the complements. With the girls help and the new house I can really start plugging away on the truck.
this is my recent work.. new GM master with disc/disc. s10 bench seat, I had the scrap the other seat all the springs and supports where broken. a/c unit. I also shaved the door locks and cab vents
nope, very few thing will get shaved from the body, i love the body lines of these trucks. i also cant stand 4x4 sheet metal on 2wd trucks it drives me nuts. ill update this project soon..
Went to a show last weekend and I think my wife thinks I'm crazy for constantly pointing out all the 4x4 fenders and how they just don't look as good as stock! I don't think I saw many toyotas that didn't have 4x4 fenders.
4x4 fenders match the bed on Toyota's from 84 up unless you have a jap style bed. I mean they're still stock Toyota fenders. And you get more clearance for turning when riding low.
I love the tall shifter! I have one aswell. Noone understands why ive always had them. Jealous of the accuair
