It's getting relocated to the back in a few weeks. For now it works the way it is, it's been that way since I bought the truck.:doah:

Thought you were to notice the Honda battery. can't beat a brand-new battery for $25. :waytogo:

My wife worked for a honda dealership, had a bad battery one morning and said screw it I'll get a new one. She called me that afternoon and said she could get one for 25$ from work. Couldn't beat the price. Lol
It's not going back on, I didn't really like the look of it. And like you said it's still going to wreck a new paint job again either by putting sticky Velcro tabs on the paint or hitting the paint. It seams to get stuff caught between it and the hood and scratches everything all up.

I saw this truck at LOATP this year and took as many pictures as I could. I tracked the owner down on FB but never could get him to answer any of my questions or send me any detailed pics of the engine bay. Oh well........

I'm waiting to the schools to panic and shutdown for a week again up here in Knoxville. Schools shut down last night already and it hasn't even begun to snow. Just wish I had a garage to work in and not just an awning. Sorry for the ramble there lol. Those notches look super clean. Can't wait to be able to get mine made up.

Got the bed off today and got a better look at things. Still have more material to pick up and going to have some exhaust fab for to do too but... It's progress.

Finally getting a day off tomorrow with out snow or crazy cold weather. Going to try to get up at a descent time and try to get a full day of work in on her.

Drove it the other day, the speedo cable has been making an annoying noise when it's cold, now it's just a clicking sound and the speedo and odo don't work anymore. I guess put it on the list...
