my 1980 came with a set of 14 inch Keystone mag wheels (very 80's, stick out about two inches from the fender lip). I have a set of RAV4 16X7, 4.5x5 wheels which I think will fit, but am worried about the offset. Is there a site somewhere which will do the math for me?
What's the ET number of the back of the rav4 rim? If its between +30 and +50 mm they should fit good.
Research says 35-42mm "high positive" offset. The wheels only have the following "jj16x6jjdot topy 7 01 97 2.6" Thanks for the input.
I often use eBay to find the replacement rims for things, then read what they state the offset is if I either don't have the wheel to look at (new rim choice research) or it doesn't state it (many OEM rims don't). That offset should work fine for your truck stock or dropped.
Thanks, I just had the seats recovered, and splurged on a NOS dash pad, so the tires will have to wait a bit, but the information is much appreciated for when the time comes.
Update: Rav 4 wheel will not bolt right up, the center hole is too small. I want 15 or 16s which will bolt up without spacers, anyone have a suggestion?
