Well after some tuning today I got her going good tad on the lean at 13.8/13.9 at full throttle and ideling at 14.8

still needs more fuel so I can add my air instead of taking it away

but I did pick up a set of 89 plus 7mge injectors from the pick and pull not sure when i will install them thou

all post pics and video soon and dyno video too

Nash, Do you need upgraded injectors due to running a Supra over sized AFM and the cam setup? Did you install a different throttle body?

The numbers listed above, How were they acquired? What tool/programer was used?

I've been reading your thread but your loosing me on the tuning stuff. Would I benefit from running upgraded injectors for my new build instead of sending mine off for a rebuild. If so, Why?

HINT..! When explaining, please be clear as possible. If you don't like typing, I can send you my number.

Thanks Bud. By the way your Trucks coming along nice.

Before the truck was fine at nice 12 to low 13 were ya wana be for power and I weened the afm for air with the bleed screw since it did not matter much since stock cam well don't flow well at all.

As for needing the 7mge injectors ya don't need them...... you can just over drive the stock injectors by putting in an adjustable fuel regulator, but for me I bought a stand alone ecu so i can fully control every thing.

and the other part about 7mge injectors is there muilty nozzle in stead of the single pintel 22re injector so it's spray pattern is much much better

the 7mgte throttle body is nice upgrade for being how cheep and easy it is to find since 7mgte get rod knock or blow a head gasket

but to answer your qestion send them off is not a bad idea and in the long run if you hit the zone were you need more fuel ya can all ways sell thous

all my tuning is done with adjust afm spring tension and the bleed screw for the unmeter air in the afm and throttle body ideal control and oh ya timing

if ya have any more qestion just ask away

Shouldn't be too difficult. My roommate did that exact setup on his 2RZ powered Datsun 720. It has Datsun Spindles, but Toyota hubs. He stared out with 89-95 hubs, but then switced to the 79-83 hubs because they have threads in the hub instead of the disc. That way he could just bolt the track edition rotor to the backside of the hub instead of running bolts thru the front side with nuts on the back.

Do you have any videos of your autocross? If not you should get some next time. I am seriously thinking about building another truck for autocross. We have a lot of races around here and there is no trucks at all.

Oh have a friend record a quick video on their phone. I would prefer a video from the side lines than attached to the car, really shows the skills. haha
