When it comes time to do the swap, shoot me an email and ill try to come help you out. It's all pretty straight forward. You'll need a 20r intake manifold but your exhaust manifold or header is compatible. Your valve train and distributor will work the same as before. And it will really wake the truck up. I forgot if you have a weber and upgrades ignition, but you'll need it. The compression will rise a couple points and you will probably need either a super mild timing setting (like 8* BTDC) or run 89-93 octane fuel. I can run 89 if I don't floor it up hills. Usually run 93. My timing is set about 12 right now. Wanna see if it will take a few more points without fighting the starter or pinging up hills.

Sure I'll go take some now. I actually have a loaded head that hasn't been ran in 20 years, comes with cam and everything but need to be completely torn down and then a bare head with the smog tubes removed and ported. I'll go snap pics of both right now.

Here ya go, The bare head has not been decked yet if you are going to swap it on to a laser block this must be done. If not its just put valvetrain in and call it a day.
