Im sure you can modify something and make it work, but your probably better off getting the right kit.. Make sure you know what your getting into though... should watch fast & furious 1 to get a better idea..
NOS is a company not a kit... Try putting a fan inline on your intake to be a cheaper turbo. At least 35 more hp.
I think he meant how in that movie they way overused the nos. a small cheater plate design would work well. I wouldn't put more than a 50 shot to a stock 22r. No more than 75 to a built motor. Bigger might work a few times but not for long.
Spray the piss out of it. I ran a 150 shot on my 4cyl mercedes. 100 hp on a stock 22r would be nothing.
75 shot is max u should go and only if you have an aftermarket ignition and non platinum plugs or you can detonate and eventually you will detonate and wet kits are better because the fuel lubricates the nitrous oxide and keeps you from going lean
You can definately use one from a v8. You might have to add and subtract a few parts to meet your trucks needs. But if its a good deal grab it before someone else does. Is your 22r carburated or efi? Most people here run dual sidedraft carbs and plumb the nitrous on the intake manifold; rather than using the cheater plates.
You could deffinatly plumb fogger nozzles onto the bottom of each intake runner. Nothing to see, works as a wet system. Meaning fuel and nos added. Less chance of running lean like mentioned. The downside of fogger nozzles is there may not be a small enough shot to keep your motor alive long. But it's your project, do it up big and make it your own.
When you buy a wet kit what ever size it maybe there are jets that you change out on your fuel and nitrous at the nozzle end were the fuel and spray come together I've have three kits and they all had the same nozzle and and ability to change the jets
So a kit is a kit is a kit whether you put it on a v12 or a 3 cylinder geo metro its the sizes of the jets that change for the most part unless your shooting a 200 shot or more then you become dual stage spray
I was more or less going off the info I found on summit racing about the fogger nozzles I want. I think 125 or 150 was the smallest jets. But I assume that's for a V8, and using half on a 4 cyl would be about half the extra power. Or is that thinking process off a bit? Lol
