Yo guys need some help again every time I hit a bump something makes noise up front but only on the drivers side I looked under my truck and notice that the drivers side bump stops are hitting the frame and the passengers side is a bit lower than the driver side....On the other hand my shocks are not all that great and I'm not to sure if the previous owner/s ever dropped the truck...

Here's some pics of the bump stops (RUSTY SO DON'T MIND IT LOL) ILL GET BETTER PICS

Naaa ... Chances are if you low enough up front the shocks are blown frm bottoming out and they will bottom out even no you have bump stops ..the top mounting bolts and there washers like to rattle ..
If the truck hasn't had front end service like steering rack bushings and tie rods and its been lowered for a while those were out to .... The sound is proably just one or more items giving up under the extreme angles of being lowered

yea, item #1 would be getting new shocks. If the noise is still there, keep chasing.

i would find a way to get under there (drive it on blocks or something to lift the truck up some) and start pounding the tire with your fist and listed to hear for that noise and look around. hand twist and move all your ball joint bolts, tie rods, strut rods etc and listen for that noise. if nothing then, grab a rubber mallet and tap on the frame itself...

try and make a video if you can of the noise while on a test drive. go over a bump or anything you think will make it make the noise.
