Would a w59 bolt up to my 20r? I can't find anything that says what they came on.. There's one for sale locally and it would be nice having a 5 speed!
I've read that the w56 bell housing will bolt up to the w59 gearbox but I don't know the specifics. Plus there may be a difference in the 2wd and 4wd models.
They should both come in 2wd, so there shouldnt be a difference if i do 2wd to 2wd.. atleast i think. Im trying to get more opinions, or someone whos done it..
I have a w50 or 55 from my 81 thats taking up room needs the shift fork for the release bearing tho, and a cleaning. If your interested let me know.
