Got a good bit done.. just started on the truck tear down today. Ready and waiting on parts, got late so I couldnt cut the old bag mounts off, but its ready for the tubular arms, ill cut off the old bag mounts tomorrow and clean everything up for the Z, went and bout some 1.5" tube and some other things. Im gonna add a couple simple pieces of tube on the back to help with a lil more bag mount support. Front end is all off as well now. And plans changed a lil. No more BD right now.. gonna do everything but the BD,, down the road maybe over winter ill be doing a full tube chassis..but thats where I am so far.
What are you guys that are Z'd using as far as thickness for gussetting the Z? Is 1/4" necessary or is 3/16 plenty?

my bad,, stupid pics loaded sideways haha

Heres an interior shot.. dirty as hell lol seats need wrapped, and no carpet. And the center console im not done building yet.. test fit lol. . Yea buddy, belltech drop spindles, Ummm... haha im up in the air on paint.. im having a tough time deciding what color I want haha.. theres a jeep wrangler green paint that I really like. It comes stock on the wranglers.. if I dont do that color ill be going with some kind of matte/satin color, just not sure cause theres no changing it after its painted unless u wanna go through all that crap to do it again haha

2005 Rav4 blue! Always wanted to see that on a Mini. And it's a stock Toyota color to boot.

Possible. I went down to the frame and had it back on the road, bagged, bodied, and Z'd in 4 months....

You can do it if you just make sure you do something on it every other day. Even if its only an hour, it all adds up.

As for color, I always really liked the green on the first gen scion xB's. Would look really good on a pickup

How consecutively and how many hours a day? I'm trying to bag it and sfbd in a month. I start this weekend and my deadline is the morning of July 8th. I am on vacation from work the 20th to the 7th. Oh, and I only work 4 days a week... I have seen bagged trucks in less than four months working less than 12 hours on weekends only... There is a shop locally that says they can have it done in a week. You figure two guys working on it, 9 hour days for 7 days is 126, give or take a few. I figured I would be working on it for about 178 hours give or take...

Well I work on it every day. Haha.. I have the front ready to be Z'd. Couple questions,, I noticed in the cando antihack build they cut the Z pretty close to the bag mount area.. is there an area thats best to cut the Z?

    Time frame is September-ish

There's a bracket welded to the frame that the brake line clips too. On top of the frame in that area is a hole drilled in the frame. 1/4" in front of that hole. Slice there. They did some fancy angling on the anti hack build too. Not necessary.

3/16 would be good. I only used 1/4" cuz it's what I had.
