who is running 20's on air? what was required to lay it out in the front? spindles and flipped ball joints, of course. are arms required? or a z in the front? or????????
i'm only running 18's, but to truly lay out the frame needs to be z'd about an inch to an inch and a half, or section the crossmember and build a new upper c/a mount.
check out the cando myspace. there is a full build up of a 94 on 20's. From my experience in bagging yotas on 20's you need to buy arms, or modify the stock arms. The ball joints don't have enough movement to allow it to lay out on 20's.
the last yota i worked on layed out on 20s. In the front we raised them upper a arm by building a custom mount. if youre going to body drop your truck i would highly recommend lowering your upper bag mounts to give you more lift in the front. Ours bent the fender out whill turning to take it off the trailer at a show. kinda embarassing
I want to put 20's on mine but its not bagged nor big body drop, is there in modifications needed? Will my wheel get scratch if turn too much? is there a way to stop that? I have 17's and rims scrap when i turn wheel all the way or almost all the way..
