ya i have a 22R in my 1969 hilux.

Any tips on how u did it

 

It was basically just making new motor mounts. Everything else fits in just barely inside the frame rails and the front clip. I did a 5 speed swap as well...Everything lines up as far as the crossmember, all I needed to do was massage the tunnel and move the shift hole a few inches back in the floor.

mahalo bro. i was going to post a thread for some wanted parts if you know or if you got anything around i am looking for...or if you know anyplace I can get them from:

-stock 20R or 22R carb
-throttle bracket (the one attached to the valve cover)
-e-brake plate (one the firewall in the engine bay)
