I have a 2000 hilux with reset leafs and 3inch blocks.
Im just wondering if anyone has 4 or 5 inch blocks.
The diff is sitting about 2inchs from the chassis, i wanna make the diff and chassis touch.
If anyone can help me would be greatfull :)

    this guy makes good blocks BLOCKS 5" / 1/2" GRADE 5 U-BOLTS

i'm not sure about making the diff hit the frame though. the sound of it hitting everytime you hit a bump in the road gets irritating. maybe a baby notch would be good if you wanna go that low.

X2 on the rear axle resting on the frame . You'll eventually bend your axle tubes from constant abuse not to mention the back shattering ride

I was thinking of notching, it would be a better solution.
    The banging dosent faze me.
How much would notching cost and how long would it take to do?
i use my car everyday for work and that

Not a good idea for a daily banging the rear end... And there's no 2000 hilux.

Simple c-notch will restore the ride. There's no need to suffer the embarrassment of a truck that has zero suspension.
