Piston walls lightly remove rust?

    Wat can I use to lightly rehone the piston walls and still use standard piston just to clear rust surface?

    Yes. A hone will take a very minimal amount off.

    A drill operated hone soaked in diesel or marvel mysterie oil can do a good job paying close attention while your at it . How heavy is the rust ? 1500 grit sand paper followed buy 2000 thousand grit with a little oil can be used if the rust hasent set in deep ..if the pistons are still in the motor kerosene or diesel fuel soak will help decay the rust

    I tried to turn the fly wheel and it wouldn't push the pistons half ill take a pic later and show u guys

    I've used scotch brite pads in small engines

    It it won't let the pistons move, you need to pull them out and get it done for real, not just a quickie by-hand. It's likely more than just surface rust and will cause ring sealing problems.

    pour coke[no- not that kind] down the cylinders , drinkable cola it will eat the rust or vineger

    If you have to force the pistons out with a hammer or the flywheel won't turn at all . Chances are rust has set and pitted the walls and pistons rings .. . At this point I'd say do a new set of rings and bearings it will save u a headache
