I would never condone anyone running blocks bigger than 4". The latteral isue is not the only thing you gotta worry about... As much height as the blocks add, side to side deflectiom becomes worse and suspension movement gets seriously sloppy and potentially dangerous.....

Yeah, Catholic girls aren't condoned to have premarital sex either and even though I'm a white boy, oh do I know that isn't the case. hahaha ;)

There are always going to be pro's and con's to whatever anti-wrap method you go with until you convert to a full 4 link with coilovers. I have been reading up on cheap DIY solutions and this one sounds good! Even if it doesn't work at $10, it's worth a shot....

Wow. You're too quick. I deleted my post after I thought about it (right after I hit "Submit Reply", of course) and realized it wouldn't work. If you bolt on a traction link to the front spring mount, you will esentially turn the rear suspension into a two-link suspension. Bad for handling although may be good for drifting... :D Thanks, though.

This just gave me an idea for a cleaner slightly stronger, more adjustable version of all these.

I was thinking of doing it similar, but with a turnbuckle in the middle for easy adjustment.... like this!

Also got the tires mounted. Guy put about a 1/16th" scratch on one of the lips that you cannot even see at all so I got the mount for free! the tires look great!

Thanks man! It's going to look good.

Got some 4" DJM lowering blocks in the mail today. Just got to wait for the 3" drop leafs to come in to mate them to :waytogo:

Got my compressor and gauge and lines ran for the airshocks. Also, got rid of the boat anchor mirrors.

Nope, does anyone know why when you hover over your pic on phoobucket, the options are gone, one I use is direct link? I hit options and used copy but did not work? Just when I had it down pat they change it, they also completely changed SSM, got to get used to that :(

Use the IMG code on the right hand side when you click the picture. And these mirrors are pretty timeless. They are similar to what I had on my 83' and It was just a no brainer. The wiper blade bolts and a good idea and if I have some $$ left over I might just have to do that!
