Had the crank ground, 30 on the maines and 30 on the rods used clevite bearings LCE pro oil pump double roll timing chain with metal guides new timing cover, plugs, and water pump. LCE street performer pistons oversized 1mm had the head freshened up and had the intake valves shimed so I won't float them in my higher boost
almost done. putting the new radiator in this weekend did new brake booster as well so now i have all new master cylinder's and booster and slave cylinder
Very nice ! The last motor I had in my drift truck was a built and supercharged 22re. I took an Eaton M45 supercharger and designed a kit. Ill throw up a picture if I can find em of the build. Your photo served as a memory- thanks !
I cut the bottom of my stock breather out and used it along with its rubber seal and graphed off of that for my plenum
What ecu are you running? Are you using a stanalone or a piggy back for the stock ecu? I could never boost past 5psi or 3/4 throttle before my stock ecu started buggin out..lol. I ran MS3 on a 88 RE I turboed. It sucked ! Here is my SC build. Ive swapped in a V8 since. Your setup is pretty dope. I give you props because I know it isnt cheap.
Thanks bro I get the same feeling when I see bone stock cream trucks like mine take me back to when my truck was stock and my dad owned it when me and my brother were kids we wanted him to put switches on it with some red's pumps and dumps glad he didn't stupidkids what do they know
That's the other thing I like about this build, it's so simple (except for the built block lol) and it works well.
