bumper was worse when it got first pulled out. I borrow some gloves and pulled the bumper down and out so i could drive it back.

A few fender bolts broke -____-"
gave the 4wd fenders to my friend for his beater 89 4WD single cab truck. the red fenders are in better shape than his current ones LOL
Everything had mud in it. Took a hose and got most of it out.
The radiator support doesn't look like anything else happened to it. I know it got damaged a few years back from that fire hydrant, but nothing looked like it moved.

    Need list:
    1. 92-95 2WD grille
    2. The plastic tabs that holds the headlight screws to the radiator support
    3. 92-95 4WD Bumper and brackets
    4. some valance, thinking rodeo or something
    5. 4wd fenders, might get some from an OEM truck.
    6. plastic tabs for corner lights to fit onto grille and fenders
    7. 4WD corner lights with indicators? :D
    8. might go back to bumper turn signals.

I'll let you know how it comes along. I'm back in KS, I really miss driving my truck :( Oh well, I'll see it within a week lol.

Thanks guys for the support. I have to say, most people like how raw the tires look up front being bare and all that.
Upon my return to my truck, I'll get ahold of a slide hammer and attach it to the radiator support on the passenger side. I need to pull it out a little bit here and there. I think some of you remember that fire hydrant incident I had a few years back. I need to fix that issue.
When I get my 4WD fenders, I'll be making some splash guard templates to fill that empty void. I remember one of our members pointing it out as one of their pet peeves about 4WD fenders. It wouldn't hurt to fix that.
I will also get under there with a BIGGER hammer and flatten out the pinch welds some more.
I may go to my friend's and grab my 265/35's and put them back up front so I can have 265's all around. The 265/35's are shorter than the 255/40's by a little bit, and I can turn all the way (I rub on the wheel wells ._. )
Oh! and paint the damn wheel wells black. That red sticks out! and the fender aprons too.

What else would you guys recommend me to do as I'm down there?

That's a duct that draws fresh air towards the intake as the truck is moving.
I did the battery/ intake swap on my truck and the passenger side has no holes to direct air towards the airbox. It's essentially a hot air intake. You can literally feel it be sluggish when it's hot underneath without any fresh air.
And I just got a duct from Lowe's for $12 and boom, threw it in there.

Functional and practical, yes. Could it be done better? Of course.
It help feed the truck air as I got 12th out of 114 people on a hot summer day in autocross :)

Thanks 22r, she'll get a new plastic nose (grille lol ) and other stuff.
I'm hoping the junkyard I go to will have a red 4wd/runner that's not picked to death! I'm aiming for front end and doors and some interior, minus the grille.

Installed the fenders (not completely) to see what it's like.

Currently I can't drive it like that. BTW that's 2* of camber and if I turn my steering wheel 180*, the tire touches.

but it needs to get rolled and painted.
The radiator support definitely needs some tweaking. I'm going to try to get a slide hammer tomorrow to start yanking things. The Driver's side is right on. I'll match the passenger side.
There's a few broken mounting bolts I need to remove (I hate when they break!).

I got my bumper, valance, grille, and corners on the way. So much to do!

Autozone had different types of slide hammers. The kit I rented out had a smaller slide hammer with 4 different attachments.
They have 4 prongs and a second piece that spreads the prongs out and holds it onto a hole. then you fit that slide hammer on and smack it away from the part you're working with.

It's all good man, I'm glad I'm still alive haha.
This truck gets all kinds of **** a lowered 2wd isn't supposed to see xD

    Not exactly what I wanted...
Ordering a 1992 Isuzu Rodeo valance on ebay gives you a Tacoma valance.

but whatever, I'll make use of it somehow.

Why would you want 4 bumper lights.... they are both very similar.... but I'd stick to Yota parts my self
