    It's hard to tell has the truck been sitting is that why its being towed . Nasty flat spots on tires can make serious shakes can make front bumpers rattle . Wheel bearings usually make a droning noise a hum . And are a easy fix it really could be several things but driving it would tell u more as well as a good inspection of the underside of the truck

    If those are the wheel bearings you probably need spindles and the wheel is loose enough to fall off without removing the spindle nut.
