Check the tail light relay its up on top of the fuse box inside the cab. It's the round relay. This is only for tail front corner and your guage lights though. You should also want to check the ground for your headlights.

Which part of the wiring harness did you swap out the whole thing? And it came from an 89 into a 95?You need to check it with a multimeter.Try figure out where the 12 volt stops.

Earth... dose the loom have a battery earth as well as the main earth to the chassis/frame.
The head and tail lights might be earthed through the loom and the wiper through the body or vice versa, as in my old stouts most things are earthed through the loom and some via solid fixture to the body

Take a wire pull the fuse with power and wrap one side of the plug and plug it back in smtimes the wire coating gets in the way so peel the wire back a way so its not in the way next pull the headlight fuse and take the other end of the powered fuse wire and wrap one side of the headlight plug and plug it back in.Disconnect your battery while you do this and find a poweted fuse with the same amperage but with a constant power like radio or smthing. 15 amps i believe.you can call me if you have more questions 929 4554 my name is joe im from Merizo.anytime shoot.
