    Whats up. Im Justin, got myself a 89 xcab.stock at the moment.have had it for a year and just finally getting around to drop it.will most likely be picking up some 3" blocks for the rear and just tightening the tortion bar 3" this weekend. Been wanting to see if theres any truck gtgs around the portland area.

    Get yourself a pair of 22mm open ends and some good lube sometimes those jam nuts can be a biyach.Spray it the night before you're gonna jam on it just to help free it up.

    Thanks.yea ive already looked a bunch on here.liking alot of the trucks.putting new front end on tomorrow ( rearended/fender bender) so when i drop it, everything will be even. Will most likely be getting new spindles for the front soon.but for now, 3 inch blocks and tortion adj. Hows the ride with this setup?

    The rides ok you also gotta cut you rear bump stops or they'll be slamming.and depending on how low you drop the front you probably want to remove the fronts also.A new set of lowered shocks will make it ride smooth again.I run Toxic shocks made by Pro Comp $60 each.rides nice.

    Yea ill buy some soon.i jjst shaved the stops bout halfway.will prolly raise the front bout 1/4 for now till i get other stuff cuz rubbing.looks so good tho.ill plst pics prolly tomorrow or tonight, whenever i can get to a computer

    The wheels i picked up last night. Only $60! 15s, hope they look good on the truck, i think they will once i plastidip them.

    I still dont get this plasti dip thing.Are we talking the same stuff used to like dip your tool handles and stuff?How do you get it to stick.I tried a couple of small things but it was easily peeled of after it dried.I'm just thinking tires would need to be put on and wouldnt that fuk up the plasti dip around the lip?I saw a dude a while back that painted his bike with it and it looked good but I was wondering how durable it was and how long it could hang in the elements.Your drop turned out nice.

    It is the same thing but yea gotta get it in the can.sand the wheel jist a lil bit so it will stick better, do like 9 light coats.and need to get tires on them before you do it cuz yea it will come off when they are putting them on
