Lowered the truck last night. Cut 2.5 coils up front with bump stops removed and 3" blocks out back. Front went down a bit further than expected. Looks like I only have about an inch of travel before the suspension bottoms out. Might consider bringing it back up about an inch. Any suggestions about doing that without getting new springs?

That's why you never cut your stock springs :(

Well I'm not gonna cry about it and I can always fix it. Its only off by about an inch from where I want it so I'll eventually get around to finding more springs and get my inch back. Its just too wet to want to lay around in the mud at the junkyard right now and I got four kids taking up my time far too often.

So I just filled and got about 14mpg that tank. I see there is lots of work there. Crazy thing is when the gas sloshes around when taking off or stopping some shoots out the vent hose onto the ground. Never had a car that does that before.

New hose clamp and tighten her down. you'll be good. I have 5 or 6 in. blocks in the rear and I believe coils out of the front. Been riding around for a year with NO suspension problems or damage done so far. lol these trucks are tough!
