I have been having trouble with my truck. It seems like whenever i let off the gas the rear end seems to want to wander. Usually pulls to the right. I had the front end alingned recently so it is within specs. It happens at any speed but more apparent at higher speeds any odeas as to whay it can be.the truck is lowered on 3 inch blocks with air shocks. And the front have torsions cranked down.

Check on your rear leaf springs. There are heavy duty "clips" that helps hold the leaf springs together. There are two (front & rear) on each side. Take a look if they are even & straight. If these "clips" are off & crooked, then it will cause the truck to do exactly what you described.

    Keep up posted!

When did this start to happen?

Hopefully the truck's suspension is sitting even front to rear, left to right.

My truck does the EXACT same thing.

This is what I was told. Take a look at the gap between your rear wheel and the fender. Like Measure from the tire towards the bed on one side. Then do the same thing on the other side of the truck.

My guess is you will have different spacing. What that means is your whole rear end has shifted. You probably starting noticing this after you installed the rear blocks. Mine started this after I lowered mine.

I was told if will most likely be your U bolts. Make sure they are tight. Also you might have to undue your U bolts to adjust your rearend to make it straight again.

After you do that and are tightening your U bolts make sure you put some "locktight" on them to make sure this dosent happen again.

Also, check those brackets on the leaf springs near the axle. They can also be crooked.

because if one side of the truck could be higher and the suspension/ drivetrain gets released of the torque when you let off the throttle, I'm thinking it catches into that position where it goes in that direction.

I did have one side with a mid leaf installed a few days ago, truck drove kinda funny.

You may need to get somebody to fabricate a piece & weld it in place. In the Toyota parts catalog, this "clip" is not listed since it is part of the whole leaf spring assembly.

    Thanks for keeping us posted!

If you have a junk yard close by take a look there first. The part will be cheaper than buying a new leaf or having something fabbed up.

You can buy spring clamps at your local spring shop.
