I was considering throwing my wheels and tires off the car(REAL Saleen chrome 5 spokes) on the truck, but I don't want to fit 18x11's on the back with 305/35/18's and try not to destroy my bed sides. I have a hard enough time getting her up ad down on 18x7.5's in the front without sitting what is left of the inner fenders on the tires. You truck looks better and better every time you put pics up!

I'd like to fill the whole wheel well with wheel and tire. :)
This is where I come in with dually fenders as an overfender, and even then, I still want to go wider and wider. :)

Nash, I was running Main's with overloads. I didn't have any "wrapping issues", considering I was launching with r-compounds. Truck just goes.
I just put my secondary leafs on, Thanks to Kristian. Things are little stiffer now. You saw how much body roll I had haha.

I wanna see how much more I can perform with an LSD. Your truck can only put down so much power as long the inside tire isn't off the ground xD

I see you're Autocrossing a single cab. you have much less weight, you should do fine :)

    Thank you all!
I'll throw a few recent pictures in here.
I at least got the cracked c notch redone!

If I ever decide to get an LSD for the rear, I'll holler!

Nope, I didn't flip anything, I needed it to stay somewhat stiff :)

Vicoor was part of the inspiration for the look. I like the black face with the body colored bumper :)

The SR5 tach's are plug and play, just make sure you disconnect the oil pressure switch or swap that for a sender.

I did an oil change last night at 198k (past 200k if corrected) and I got 2qts out from 5qts in :O
I believe it's from cold rings upon cold startups in the winter :(

You starting to get that leak notorious with the v6 again? I know I got a leak. Just need the time to be able to pull the truck apart.

I have the 22RE. Either it's from me driving at high rpm's or it's when you start up cold and there's that natural blow by. I'm unsure.

    "Ditched the truck."

Been home all day, so i figured i'd go out.
Roughly around 7-7:30PM I was braking and about to take a right turn when there was lots of gravel on the road. All of it got shoved between the tires and the road as my truck locked up.
headlights were pointed STRAIGHT for a ditch.

I was fine, no injuries. I was sliding forward at roughly 30mph when this occured.
The bottom of the ditch had soft mud, so it cushioned the blow. That hood is still straight. Grille, bumper, fenders, lights are all screwed up. Will take them off tomorrow.
As far as I know, the radiator support isn't any more damaged than it was before. When it was towed out, the truck was sliding up on its frame rails, so the exhaust took a little stress but that's it.
That damn 22RE was still running when I first met that ditch. I called 911 and after that was up, I analyzed the situation and decided it'd be a good idea to shut down the engine. Already turned my hazards on by then. Some guy in a Toyota Tundra saw them and stopped by. Those LED tails are BRIGHT! same goes for that tag light.
Hmmm, what else do i need to say... The bumper was shoved back. I pulled it out a bit, turned on the truck and moved it. Needless to say, the CHP, firemen, and tow guys were a little surprised.
Got all the stuff done and I drove back to base with it. Washed off the mud and took at look under the hood, I decided I'll be taking parts off the front tomorrow morning.

I'm glad I'm safe and the truck isn't super damaged!

Damn, well for one I'm glad your ok. The truck can always get rebuilt, people not so much.

Damage doesn't look too bad. Kinda makes you ish you stayed home huh? Lol. And I agree, I don't see the core support being any more banged up then it already is.

Glad to hear your not hurt, luckily the truck doesn't seem that bad either.
Possibly a 4 runner front end now?

Glad you are ok and the trucks looks good the the way it landed. The soft mud did a good job saving it. Did chp ticket you?

I wish I did stay home! lol I was planning to get dinner too. I was shaking a lot afterwards, I think the rush of adrenaline to get myself out made me more hungry xD
The grille got smushed back. Right side took more mud than the left side.

I'll be doing what I have now with the valance YotaRip has on his turbo truck.
At least I'll get to have new fenders and paint them right this time around. :)

What were the quality of body parts there, like?

The fire fighters were hoping the tow truck would get there before the CHP, but the CHP talked to me and asked if i wanted to make a report or not. There was no property damage and it was from the gravel on the road (which shouldn't be there), so he said there will be no fines. :waytogo:

I ordered a bumper/ grill / hood / corner lights / bumper brackets /4x4 valance /fenders .all the parts were great hood fit good and wasn't flimsy metal .bumper was sturdy comparable to stock the only thing I didn't like we're the bumper brackets had to slot the holes for adjustability but the prices were right and sourcing Toyota parts around here is slim to none
