Oh I thought I just throw it up, figured this tear down would take me a bit considering there would be some "bumps" along the way. My helping "hand" that holds things for me This is how I received it off the car trailer...not running at all. Took the bed off to replace the worn out fuel pump....has a juicy Walbro 255 lph now!! I must confess....I'm taking my time and learning new things as I go. As for what my goals are, I'll do drop spindles in the front with drop leafs in the rear...2/3 drop. The motor....well a pretty turbocharger is in the future plans for that puppy.

Well I'll get in there and see how much further it goes back...but thankfully stainless steel is easy to come by these days for me. I always seem to have extra scrap material from building. My plan of attack is to start out wire brushing the areas that don't look as "bad" to get a better assessment of the rust. Other than that take a few measurements that I'm able to get so I can maintain stock locations of the factory mounts. Then as the story goes, brace back far enough before I start cutting/grinding out the frame rot. Nothing like a little East Coast salt to get it in the right shape for some fun

I used the Walbro Universal 255 lph that I purchased from URDusa.com Here is the link, http://www.urdusa.com/product_info.php?cPath=79_12&products_id=1230100024 Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you would run into an issue when replacing your electric in-tank fuel pump with the Walbro Universal fuel pump. I have run both the 190 lph ( in my supercharged taco) and now this 255 lph with no issues so far.
