Hello everyone. My name is Jon. I currently own a 93 extra cab and a 95 240sx.
I've owned an 88 supra turbo, 87 supra turbo, 93 previa, 87 cressida factory 5spd, 87 corolla gts and an 89 s13. As you can tell I'm a toyota guy at heart. I got the crazy idea of having my daily driver as a little mountain carver/autox demon during the times that my s14 could possibly go down. I registered to this site because I wanted to find out how to make these trucks handle better. So here I am introducing myself. Here's a link to my build(?) thread for my trucks pictures.

These trucks handle very well I've been using my truck in auto cross and short road track events for six years .i have. Chewed up Hondas and many different 2 doors and four door cars in solo1 b class .

As far as handling it's pretty much . Lowering < the right way / sway bars / good shocks / poly pushings good tires a tight steering rack helps to. There are several rear sway bars some for towing some for handling .

leaf springs are a completely new game to me. I have no idea how to lower a truck lol. I was considering Bilsteins for struts. What companies should I look out for when it comes to the sways and bushings? Also I've read that the mk3 supra tie rods fit on the truck. I would assume that means I can fit aftermarket S14 tie rods on since they fit on a supra?

Welcome, nice cars! SR or RB swapped 240's? Lowering the trucks are pretty easy, almost effortless to be honest!

Yea like Barrett said lowering is simple for these types of suspension any poly bushing company will work as its a much better than rubber I have the bilstein shocks great shocks stiff and firm but not teeth shattering

As far as the tie rods I dunno but if you try it I'd love to no cause I wanna switch to beefy aftermarket solid tie rod
