My temp. sender for the dummy light is there... except I'm missing the boot that sits on it plus the wiring. Anyone know where I can get a replacement boot/anything else that may work? I've been considering getting an aftermarket temp gauge and doing away with it altogether. What do ya'll think?

Temp gauge all the way. Much better to know than wait for it to hit a critical value before you're aware of an issue. Extremely easy to install, I wouldn't get the cheapest available as they aren't reliable, but you don't need to spend a mint either. If you like online JEGS has some good deals, and some nice gauges, but your local parts store has em too.

...There's a good reason we all refer to them as 'dummy' lights..get the gauge.

I was leaning more towards the aftermarket gauge anyways. I'd rather know before it's too late :D
