Nic, I'm deciding whether to get 18" wheels since I know how they'll fit and I have 4 18" tires at home right now, or find some new 16" tires for the truck for the time being.

Thanks man. Yeah, he's an ironman bobble head I got from Target for about $9 I believe. There are other characters. They have star wars, dc comics, etc.

The buttons are for cruise control! (which doesn't work since the manual swap, maybe i need to splice the "drive" wire to the "ground"...)

You have many options. You can get drop leafs from Belltech, have a truck shop de-arch your current leaf pack, remove a mid leaf, etc.

The bullitts look awesome on your truck bro. i say go 18s! check out Rotas they are cheap and are very durable. If you see the roads here in the philippines and see our rotas hold up that says something about thier durability.

How does your rear suspension feel? bouncy? does it bottom out often?

I love the black 18s on your truck. It matches the front grill so well and looks so sharp.

I have a mini c notch in the frame that helped me regain some travel. Only on hard hard bumps do i ever feel it "bottom out" due to the differential pumpkin smacking the crossmember right above it.

If I had some money and did the rear end correctly, I would've like to run drop leafs or have a shop de-arch my factory leafs so they can retain some stiffness.

I can't really say how "good" it feels since the dampers on the truck are original from 1994 and are still worn out.

Thanks guys! I should find the widest 18" wheel out there and shove them on my truck in the rear, haha!

Was originally planning on getting these for my ride. 18x11! and they are like ~$600 here converted.

    not bad!
I have 4 265/35/18's and i might buy my friend's two 275/35/18's that are in my garage, after basic.

I'm positive I'll be hunting for 18's after basic, now.

I'm going to find the widest 18" wheels to shove in the rear of my truck, and see how far i can yank those nasty bedsides i have. flares will be optional.

18x15 work meisters? damn, I'm not afraid to chuck those in the rear. Where the *bleep* do I find those?!

I know CCW (Complete Custom Wheel) has 18" classics and it goes up to 16" on their website.. $2k for those 18x16's? I'll do it.

Ashton, I was thinking about running a staggered setup. 18's in front, 19's in rear. 275/35/18's and 345/30/19's like a Dodge Viper SRT10? :D

Well you'd have to make the miesters... But it'd be sooooo sick. That's the beauty of three piece wheels. Those ccw's would look insane too though. 19/18's will look good as long as you still plan on fender mods. I guess we'll just have to see haha

3 piece wheels are beautiful.
depending on offset, I could have a +7" outer lip... damn that sounds good.

    Going to put this here.
Things I will need to address on my truck.

    Frame.
I fixed the driver's side c notch. Need to fix passenger side. looking at a notch for the rear cross member, rear end SMACKS it on extremely hard bumps.

    Engine/ Drivetrain.
Things have been VERY well for my 22RE lately, it's going perfect. Nothing I'm currently concerned of, I know the truck is at 192k as of this post and the steel backed timing chain kit from engnbldr has lasted me for the past 3-4 years of extreme driving conditions every day. About +45k miles on this set. I'm confident in it.
Exhaust is still chilling there. I might get new flanges for the catback and cat. There's a leak there, and then add a tail pipe, might just get a short one and get it to exit in front of the driver's tire. It exits under the bed right now.
If I don't get to a 1UZ/3UZ or an insane lexus V8 swap soon, I'll consider throwing in a cam.
I have a small GM turbo off a chevy diesel my friend left at my house. Tempting to throw that on. that requires more supporting mods.

Short term goal - maybe a cam? 1UZ/3UZ? depending how much it'll cost.
Long term goal- Toyota UR V8 with a T56 mated to it. << WANT THIS ONE SO MUCH.

W58, i need proper manual truck transmission mounts. That'd be VERY nice.
I may keep the solid rear end with the UZ swap, get a proper LSD in the rear.

    Exterior.
Eventually find genuine front 4wd fenders.
Keep my grille, even though it has a crack, no biggie.
Thinking about finding genuine front bumper 4wd brackets and maybe bumper and valance, but I love what I've gone through with these two, so I'll be keeping them.
I'll try to get both hoods properly fixed.
    ROOF RACK?!
Thinking about sanding my door mirrors smoother and shoot them black. I'm not sure. Wing mirrors? I like my vent windows.
The rear bedsides are a lost cause, not bad, but not worth my time and money, unless I wanna $ for genuine ones, I might just keep them on there. I plan on rear over fenders anyway, probably dually sized.
rear tail gate is dented, I'd love to keep the factory indent, looks pretty. Need it fixed some how.
    Spray all chrome black.
^^^^^ I'd like to repaint the whole truck in a uniform color for once, with a black grille.

    Wheels and Tires.
At least 18's. Trying to run the widest rear setup. That's just insane, I'll be happy with at least 18x10's. Definitely WILL try to get a good offset so i don't need to use my 1.25" spacers.
I have 4 265/35/18's and I may buy two 275/35/18's from my friend for $150. Easily handled.
ADV.1's? Not sure if they'll cater to my size, though. I love their wheels no doubt.
CCW 18x9's up front with 19x13+ in the rear to run Viper spec? (This I want to have the Lexus V8 first).
^^ Fender fitment, we'll see what they fit like first.

    I have 16x7.5's right now.
Route 1. They're cheap chrome wheels that I just "took care of". I want to fix the driver's front wheel and throw some 225/50/16's up front. Even out the height all around.
Route 2. Fix driver's front wheels, 215/50/16's for the fronts only.

So I'm just trying to decide what I really want to do here for the wheels. 18's, I most likely will do. I have tires already.
I have 14's for winter that i haven't used this year, and 16's right now. I'm gunna get 18's.. lol going up by twos.

    Suspension/ Steering
MK3 Supra front spindles and knuckle setup. Should I find tubular arms to mount them to? (can the tubular arms use torsion bars?
You guys said it gives it a 3" drop. I'll most likely raise it up 3" prior to installation. Fix the steering geometry of it.
This will open up handling greatly with the added ability to upgrade to Mk3 supra big brake kits online.
As for the rear, I might just hit up BeefedTaco's if I don't get a IRS in place. 4" block maybe, get some drop leafs or something.
If I don't do either, I'll grab a sway bar. I need sway bars for autocrossing.

    Interior.
Carpet. Needs to get replaced. Black?
Headliner - still in good factory shape. If I goes out, I'm looking at crown royal purple. I want gold trim for that, and i might just do it for the door panels too.
Seats. Need. Bucket. Seats. Bride? Recaro? Maybe.
Need to put subwoofer under driver's rear jump seat or something neat. Not sure if anyone will be sitting there, I might just put a "grille" on it.
    Redo rear speaker emplacements.
FIX WINDOW REGULATOR. NEED TO DO THIS. That and genuine Toyota glass and window rubber. It's impossible to enjoy crank windows with my issues.
Need a center console, and then I'll figure out what I want to do for the shifter boot (crown royal? :D )
Dash is fine, I may want to add dual cup holders. Is it possible to install a stronger fan?
Instrument cluster, would love an SR5 one :D

    Lighting.
Bright White LED's interior, corner lights, and tag lights. LED the turns and brakes may be later on.
True projector headlamps would be nice. I want to custom make them.
Interior would be outfitted with white LED's also. I was thinking maybe to get the standard cab's mirror lights too.

That gives you guys a brief idea of what I want to accomplish on the truck in the course of at least the next 2-3 years. The bigger stuff may take another 2-3 extra. I'm not too worried about rushing, this truck will be around for a long time. She'll be seeing a lot of autocross action, depending on the future's schedules.

    Yessir, those are the 18x10's.

Autocross was interesting. The wide tires are nice, but with the current 1* toe - in and lack of negative camber, I couldn't take advantage of what grip I could really have.
