You slapping some forced induction on that baby or just using it as a AFC/Flash tune on a NA build?

NICE! standalone, let's see some ITB's or a nice smooth turbo setup.

I didn't even think of ITB's. Does anyone make them for our setup?

Oh, and NA for now, but I have a CT26 and 440cc injectors for her in the very near future.

Check this guy out, my brother is way into Locost projects and found this for me a while ago.

    Itb 22re

Tl;Dr: 22re with ITB's hacked off some old motorcycle, baisically making it forced induction because 8 valves doesnt really work out with ITBs.

Had IRTB's on my miata for about a year before I finally went turbo. The sound and performance of the throttle bodies was pretty nice for a 1.6L however the turbo just made it so much better, not as snappy off the line or through the first few thousand rpms like the ITB's response but once you spooled there was no comparison. Sounded damn cool and I do miss that! Ive pondered a full build NA on my truck but truthfully after researching prices on stuff it would make more sense to me anyway to turbo the 22re with a mild build or to just swap engines as most others do. I do want to keep it mild and somewhat original but yah the need for speed is grand in my eyes.

Cant wait to see you start some stuff on your truck Lit cause it should turn out pretty snazzy

I personally was just trying to guess what he was going to do! lol

Yeah, go with the turbo set up, you will thank yourself :) Let me know how that goes because I may consider buying that turbo set up in the For Sale thread.
