    just bought my first toyota. Its a 1978 hilux crewcab dully. going to bag it and restore it.

    Welcome!!! Your truck looks complete...what does it need to be restored? What other plans do you have besides lowering it?

    floor pans and it has rust bubles all the way aroud. not much else other that lower and restore and just drive it.

    yes it is rare but its being built for my wife as a daily dragger.

    Nice looking interior especially for its age. :waytogo: I've seen some later model trucks and their interiors are all jacked up.

    I would keep that thing as stock as possible! In 20 years it will be worth a penny or two for the right Toyota dealer! PLUS, it looks awesome! Take some pics of the engine bay brother! There ARE a bunch of pic hores in this forum and I am one of them!
