I have a 1975 long bed with a flange yoke to connect with the output shaft. I have a 1980 transmission with a universal yoke. I need to connect the 1975 propeller shaft to 1980 transmission. I have the propeller shaft that came off a 1980 celica. Any ideas on this would sure help me out. Thanks!
A shop that does axels/drivelines should be able to swap them out, no problem. (cut the proper one off the old and weld it onto the one you need, then balance the shaft.) Just make sure of your measurements before you take them in.
