Slacker, don't worry about the trophies just enjoy the compliments. Last year my truck was selected to exhibit in an indoor show with a limit of 300 vehicles (3500 vehicles were submitted). I was the only foriegn vehicle there and even though I did not win an award I was very proud to be there. All of the vehicles at the show were outstanding, many were high dollar (1.2, 1.6 million, etc) with others being just well done. Even though I have not seen your Trekker in person, I can tell from your photos that you do outstanding work and pay attention to detail (we have that in common). Many people in the USA still do not like foriegn brands but that is changing, especially when the vehicle is done right. Keep up the outstanding work but most of all ENJOY!!!

Thanks fellas . suncomb .. never even though of a trophy untill someone else mentioned it . it would be nice , but i'm not worried at all about it . I'm very proud of my build , I have had many , many people compliment it .. shock and awe when I explain what a trekker is , and they just dont believe there eyes . I hopefully have it on a calander for 2012 , the lady that took the photos , said MY photos dont do it any justice .. looks way better in person , expecially out in the sun . next year is another year , and I hope to hit quite a few shows

Pictures and awards and ribbons sometimes never ever seem to come close to the satisfaction of telling people " I did that ". Truley a beautifull truck :eyecrazy:

sun was out , and wanting to change the oil , today was the day ... She didnt really need it , but , what the hell , see deserves it :)

drained the old stuff , and super surprised .
She has been sitting for 4 months with not turning over the engine once . I figured the oil filter would be empty , as "everyone" says there oil filters empty out . I know, and have known for many years the OE filters have the anti drain valve , but ya here so many stories .

Well i'm here to tell you , in my case , 4 months of sitting , the filter was still FULL ... this is EXACTLY I will never use any other oil filter

well , now with the sun shinin' I'm really wantin' to get her out of the "vault"
