Was wondering if part # 5978 springs are the same for single,extended cab, and long bed? I have a 94 single cab short bed 22re and wanted to lower it.

 

I believe they are all the same. Was looking into these same ones price matched through summit. I am thinking about having a shop just make some, more then likely will be cheaper...

Not bad. Wish more people were into lowered trucks in Colorado....

 

When I rolled stactic, (88 Extra Cab) I had gotten dropped springs from AIM. If I remember right there were around $150.

 

Is that for one or two springs?

I would like to know also, I definately need a new set of springs.

 

I got a brand new set of belltech drop leafs for sale. They are the part # 5978 mentioned above, they sent me the wrong ones and won't refund me, I didn't realize I needed the 4" shorter version # 5976. If anyone is local come and get them, I got them for sale cheap. Could possibly ship them as well.

So be careful if you have the earlier size, the later is 50" overall as where the earlier style is only 46" overall in length.

 

The ones I got were a complete set!

 

AIM? Is that a aftermarket dealer? I tried google and I couldn't find it.
