So I grew up with lifted trucks. Any truck I've owned I've lifted 4+". We'll lowering trucks is all new to me and I just discovered I am able to high center a truck. I left my driveway to park on the sidewalk and ended up getting my ubolts stuck on the curb. That took a wheel off the ground and I was stuck. Five minutes later I was free. Has any of you got the chance to get yourself high centered?
I trim them when they are installed, right at the nut, maybe 2-3 threads showing. only place I did not make it in was at the drive thru carwash, FTL
My truck isn't lowered and I STILL scrape the reciever hitch every once in a while going out of the driveway if I'm not careful. If its loaded with much weight I can scrape it while going across a street with a lot of curve on it. I don't know how you guys drive around your trucks with 4-6 inch drops on them.
