Hey guys just wanted to introduce myself. im james. i have only had to minis. had a 88 s10 and my current is a 84 toyota and i completely love my truck. i am looking to bodydrop in the next few weeks and would love if i could get some guidence. dos and donts you know? im a fabricator but its easier to know before hand some problems others may have had. cant wait to get to know you all and make good use of your site. already dropped 2 in the front 3 in the rear some engine mods and its a hard top convertible. currently i drive it everyday, but i want to start my work on her and ill drive my durango.
Welcome, James! The 1984 Truck was the new design in to the RN5# series. Besides lowering, what are you other plans? Post up some photos so we can help make suggestions. Rick
this is my baby 2 inch drop in the front three in ther rear has headman hustler header and a redline carb with aftermarket fuel pressure system and is a hard top convertible
thanks guys my intent is bag and bodied on 20s chop the roof complete convertible cutting 9 inches off the windshield and building the 22r changing the trans to a 5 speed

yeah ill post build pictures for sure. i really need to lear some about the toyotas i wanna body drop but want to get all the advice i can before i get into it. i picked up a set of 20s today. im going to build a custom wide body to tuck the wider 20s. so far this is the best forum ive been on
