    Im picking up my ls1 tomorrow hopefully.. its been paid for, just no where to put it so i cleaned the shed today lol.

    We have 4 of those running around in phoenix. 1 in a motorcycle..1 in a vw beetle...1 in a dodge dakota...and 1 in a mitsubishi eclipse. Quite the sight and sound when near them!!!!!

    heres my dream engine, I figured I needed a pic of it today when I was looking at it... and theres my old 22r in the back ground lol.. more then triple the HP, twice the pistons, and around 100 pounds less !

    there was only a few problems with dropping it into one of our trucks ...

    1 the oil pan

    2 coolant lines

    3 and not B.A.R. approved

    4 different transmission (rolla trans dif. ratio and size )

    I like this thread!! I'm open minded but knowing little to nothing about Toyota engines I'd have to go LSx. Nothing major. 5.3 or 6.0 with a mild cam and mild exhaust. 6 speed. Narrowed rear with wide tires tucked and a proper suspension to handle the twisty action.




    What are the specs on this one? Is the LS really that much lighter? Cool, if so.
