Wuz up ya'll (thats rite, from middle GA). Spent 2 days searchin your forum bout proper drop procedure & wheel offset compatibility, and i think i've come 2 a conclusion. Front susp - btech 2" spindles w/ b/j flip, no torsion adjustment, summit drop shox(?). Rear susp - 3" blox, btech shox, leaves in-tact w/ poly bushings. Oh yeah - '91, 2.4, shrt bed/cab, 2wd fenders, not rolled (yet?). Will 16x8 +12 Cragar steelies w/ 225/50-16 all around fit w/o major modification? Tryin 2 make handle/corner better & still put my atv in the back. What ya'll think? Gotta say, after reading all these threads, ya'll are very respectful, good comraderie, & knowledgeable. Like the rx7 forums USED 2 be. Thnx...
Those are going to stick out some i'd think. I have a set of 15x8 -19's at the house it you want to test fit them. Idk where in ga you are but just let me know.
Thank you for that info, dont want em hangin out there lookin crazy. Primary concern is inner fender well & fender clearance. Bein that it'll only be 3/3 or so, hopin it wont be an issue. Just wanted to check w/ ya'll before the point of no return. Gonna look for a tighter offset, pull em in closer. Down in newnan, land of GIANT turbo diesels. Most are 4x4 pavement princess'.
Anything over a +30 should be good on inner clearance. And I know the feeling. Covington/conyers is full of mall crawlers. Nice ones that dump a ton of smoke, but useless lol
