hi guys, I have a 79 hilux and have the chance to buy some 82 hilux doors in mint condition,but they have single piece glass runners and i have quarter vents.so my question is can i swap out my glass and runners? (is it a bolt in?) and do they bolt up to my cab?
ps they dont come with glass or i would leave it be

Yes you can,They should be bolt on to the doors.

I just swaped out my wing windows for one piece windows a few months ago and they will bolt right up, the inside door shell is the same, the only thing you may run into to is that the wing window doors between the wing window and the side glass there is a metal tab about 1" wide spot welded to the inside door channel to seperate the wing window from the side glass as they are 2 seperate pieces, the 82 doors with a one piece window should not have this tab so you may have to make some, I hope I am explaining this right. I will see if I have any pics I took.

PS. By the way, I have the outside (only) weather stripping for the wing window doors brand new from the dealer, let me know if you need them, I have no use for them.
