I ran 18x9 Mustang GT wheels on my truck, fit right on, I'm sure those cobra's could work.

I have 96 Svt Cobra wheel on my 92. They are 17x8 and Im running 225/45/R17 @ all 4 corners with no problems. Did not have to modify anything to make them fit.

weird...was something change for the 94 trucks...cause everything says I have a hub bore of 60.1mm...But I just measured it and it's 67mm. Which means most 5x114 oem wheels will not fit.

I have Replica Cobra wheels on my 99 with a 89 axle. Hub hole worked fine, the specs are 18x9 +36 (offered in 18" and 19" diameter and 9" & 10" width and +36 or +24 offset) I run a 275/35/18.

It's common to have to open up the bore on wheels when using them on the Taco and if I remember correctly the hubs require a 67.1 or bigger hole. (don't quote me though, I'd have to double check)

These were a simple install with no milling required purchased new at Big O Tires.

im trying to run some bullitt wheels and they bolt right on the front but i can barely turn without them hitting just about everything. i put a spacer on, i think 5/16th, and was able to turn full lock both ways. but the lug nuts barely have enough threads to grip on. how hard would it be to put longer studs on?
