22r throttle set up?

    Idk what kind of carb this is but I know the throttle cable shouldn't be setup like that. Anyone know how it really supposed to be? Im not a mechanic and got this truck for free. I just want the throttle to be tighter.

    I cant tell if the spring is in the right angle or pulling the right way, but If it just needs to be tighter I would replace the spring or get rid of that crap and latch it on to that bolt an inch to the right of the ugly knot.or even stretch it all the way to wear that knot is, the fuel line.

    Yeah. Its a pretty nasty setup. I just want it the right way. Thanks alot!

    that bracket to the left in that photo is to hold the throtle cable sheath on one end and return spring on the other ,,on the spring hook
