    Hey Gang.

Just picked up a 2WD 1990 Extended Cab and joined to see what others are doing with theirs. Truck has a almost a half million Kilometers on it but its a second vehicle intended for renovations and maybe camping so it should last me a while yet.
Thanks for having me. I am not a big thread starter but will be reading lots and looking forward to the information.

    Shawn

    Thanks Bill

Pics coming as its it spent the day in the shop getting smog tested and safety. In the mean time check this out. Its amazing that a twenty year old truck can fair so well on its smog test.

Welcome to TM and someone took care of your truck if you can pull an HC and CO number that low.

My plan for my truck is to install a 5th wheel hitch to pull a light travel trailer for summer fun. I have a crazy idea to install a 90s Hino dually rear end with a custom deck so I can get a bigger trailer and not have to drive a stupid big truck to pull it. I plan to see how it fairs this winter if its reliable I will consider the "Toyota mini Hauler" Project.

I am in suburban Toronto in Richmond Hill. I am happy with my purchase outside of falling victim to the leaky sunroof today.

Like most people when you get a new truck you hit Google to find a community to talk about it. Most Toyota sites are for the 4x4 crowd but this seems to welcome people that drive on the road as well, so here I am.
