Well it happened, wasn't much of a surprise, been clicking from the top end and grinding from the bottom for months, poor old motor has 225,000 miles on it almost quarter mil, 200,000 when i got so that last 25,000 in less then 1 year were hard Oregon Trail miles,. I haven't had the time to really troubleshoot the issue further all I know is that the Motor No Working,. By the sound of the clunk from the block I'm thinking a rebuild is in order,.

you know,. I haven't decided what i'm going to do maybe performance, maybe not,. I was hoping to get some of the better more reliable combinations, for performance and reliablity without losing to much MPG,.

honestly. i bought a rv cam from them for a buddy's build and didnt notice a difference in the way the motor pulled. it was smooth but thats about it.

i got a cam however for my 4Runner from LCEngineering tho and coupled along with balanced injectors it gave my 22re a serious wake up call and get with the program difference!

the rv cam is not a very extreme cam, dosent surprize me that you didnt notice a difference.

it was the cam profile for the RV's after all, just meant to give it a lil more uumph but still pass emissions.

engnbldr is the way to go, never done me wrong. he also sells all the same cams LC does at half the price. if you can go in person to the shop, he'll talk your ear off but wow the knowledge there is amazing.

I probably will go in person, i'm to impatiant to wait for shipping, it's a short drive, besides I need to stretch the legs on the 75 2wd.
