    So we set the cab on today. Need to trim the firewall a little more to move the cab forward. Just got everything rough cut to set it down. Need to get the bed out to center up the wheel base at ride height.

    Loosely laid the bed on to make sure we got the wheelbase right. Its dead center front and rear, very happy.

    No plans for a nice set of headers? Maybe its just me but those sandwich manifolds look pretty darn uneven....

    Its basically a stock tube header from a 993. The stamped pieces are for a heat exchanger, to hook up to the stock heater. That is why he chose these units, instead of the stock 911, or some hand made headers (would have made the exhaust a bit easier). But this is meant to be a daily driver as well.

    Exhaust and bracing from above. Double Cab is done for this visit, and going back home soon. But I will try to get some high res pictures before it leaves.

    Big downpipes for the S4 (3"). Time to clean them up, and modify them a bit to fit the larger exhaust system I plan to build.
