    Im doing the same swap here soon, how did you go about the motor mounts ? custom made welded bolted ? or a mix of stock stuff ? also how do you get the parts for a rhd swap ???

    sweet custom made plates utilising a factory ls1 engine mount out of what we call a holden commodore, or u guys would have the same in a pontiac gto with the ls1.
    mine come RHD dont they all lol na im from australia mate we're all right over here lol

    i've been watchin on onsills. i actually frequent that forum a lot but haven't ever signed up. i figured i already post on mtnz and seen a bunch of the same people on both boards. didn't want to whore it up too bad :lol:

    its primed just to be one colour, not the colour its going to be tho. fixed up all the 4 pages the engineer didnt like. just got to do a little bit of wiring then its right to fire up. any questions? haha

    im getting closer and closer to doing mine, just wondering, without the body drop, will the 6 speed fit without cutting a larger tunnel ?

    Mate, where is the challenge with out a body drop!!! I wouldnt have a clue man just go for it... I can tell u my firewall is sheet and recessed back 1" so the engine could be back further and trust meu need it haha
