Hey guys... Questions for you guys.. I replaced my transmission about a month ago.. 5 speed junk yard tranny that I bought from craigslist. Changed the clutch, mounted it and it ran nicely.. I moved from cali to Texas and on my way to Texas I noticed the tranny was leaking oil.. I couldn't figure out where it was leaking from but I put more oil in it to get me to my final destination. Well, I made it just fine and in trying to figure out the leak.. I found out that it was leaking from shifter retainer (where shifter mounts to tranny) I had reused the gasket which didn't give a good seal because it was worn out and flat.. Anyhow.. To make the long story short.. I replaced a plastic bushing looking thing at the shifter and a seat where the shifter sits on, put a grip of rtv and it sealed.. Not leaking anymore.., but a couple of days ago the truck started making a noise inside the cab.. Like a quiet hum or vibrational noise.. Mainly when I was on 4th or 5th gear.. I didn't think much of it, but I monitored it.. And yesterday the sound started getting louder and the truck was struggling a bit.. Today on my way to work its getting louder and sluggish.. Now.. The truck vibrates on 2nd, third, fourth and fifth.. Any ideas?
Did I mess up the tranny won my trip to Texas? Or does the clutch need adjusting? If so, how do I go about adjusting it? Also.. One thing to mention.. It has been making a sound.. Kinda like a clanky sound.. I'm thinking clutch fork? So what do you guys think?

There isn't really any adjustment to make on the clutch, that's the joy of a hydraulic system. Definitely sounds like the tranny, not the clutch but a few other things to check are the rear end and carrier bearing (if you have one)
